Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one active 888bet account. - Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the specified time window.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates will be detailed in each offer.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus balance remains active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, hedging bets to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome, or coordinated betting with other players — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, recovery of any bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the stated activation window, or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated completion window, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.
- 888bet's Right to Modify Promotions: 888bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where we reasonably suspect that the promotion is being abused or where it contains an error in the published terms.
Betting Rules
All bets are accepted subject to 888bet's prevailing odds at the time the bet is confirmed. A bet is not considered placed and accepted until you receive a confirmation reference from the platform. 888bet reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason.
In the event that odds or game outcomes are quoted in error — including system errors, data feed failures, or obvious pricing mistakes ("palpable errors") — 888bet reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. 888bet is not liable for losses arising from the player's reliance on erroneous information displayed on the platform.
For sports betting markets, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the required minimum play period has been completed, all bets on that event will be void and stakes refunded, unless specific market rules state otherwise. For live in-play markets, voiding rules may differ; please consult the relevant sport's market rules before placing a bet.
Betting on events where you have inside knowledge, knowledge of match fixing, or any other unfair informational advantage is strictly prohibited. 888bet cooperates with sports governing bodies including the ICC, BCB, and FIFA to report suspicious betting patterns. Any account found to be engaged in or associated with corrupt activity will be immediately closed and all funds withheld pending investigation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 888bet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your breach of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) any false or misleading information provided by you during registration or verification.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
